Significant shareholding
SpaceandPeople, (AIM: SAL) the experiential marketing and media group was informed on 29 June 2010 that Gresham House plc acquired an additional 350,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at 58 pence per share by way of a dividend in specie from the liquidator of Welsh Industrial Investment Trust plc. Following these purchases on 18 June 2010, Gresham House plc now has a beneficial interest in 2,062,500 Shares representing approximately 10.62 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
