TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 27 February 2009 from Standard Life Investments Limited in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5. An acquisition of shares on 26 February 2009 gives a total interest of 17,555,818 ordinary shares representing 13.32% of the issued share capital of the Company. The controlled undertaking through which the voting rights are effectively held is Standard Life Investments Limited.
