Access Intelligence has received notification from Hawk Investments Holdings Limited, that it subscribed for 6,666,667 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the recently announced subscription to raise £3.03 million.
Following this subscription, Hawk Investments Holdings Limited now holds a notifiable interest of 9,566,667 ordinary shares, equivalent to 3.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
