Significant shareholder dealings
Asian Citrus was notified on 5 December 2011 that Wellington Management Company, LLP bought 1,391,499 ordinary shares on 1 December 2011 at average price of HK$4.939 (equivalent to 40.82 pence).
Following the above transaction, Wellington Management Company, LLP now holds 74,270,059 ordinary shares representing 6.09% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
