NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company was yesterday informed that Thomas Teichman, acting through companies connected to him, hasacquired an additional beneficial interest in 865,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p in the Company, taking his stake to 16,434,138 shares. This represents 4.0% of the issued share capital of the company after excluding shares held in Treasury.
Until the management buy-out in October 2009, Tom Teichman was the Chairman of SPARK Ventures plc. Since then until the present day, Tom has been the Chairman of SPARK Venture Management Ltd, the company appointed by SPARK to manage its investments and its administrative affairs.
