Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 03 September 2007 that following a transaction on 31 August 2007 Lloyds TSB Group Plc has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 25,327,450 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 3.861% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
