Connemara has received notification that, following a share purchase on 9 September 2015, Mr Paul Johnson now holds 1,700,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"), which represents 3.05% of the Company's total voting rights.
Connemara currently has 55,779,711 Ordinary Shares, which each carry the right to one vote, in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
