Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT), announces that it was informed on 3 September 2012 that following the transfer of the business of Williams de Broë Limited to Investec Wealth & Investment Limited ("Investec"), the holding of Investec increased to 131,755,283 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 29.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This notifiable interest includes 131,745,283 ordinary shares relating to the estates of the late Mr A and Mrs GAB Reid.
