Credit SuisseSecurities (Europe) Limited is part of the Investment Banking Division of CreditSuisse, which is part of the Credit Suisse Group. The Numis shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p each and thetotal number of shares in issue is 107,367,344 with each ordinary share carryingthe right to vote.
