zamano plc ("zamano" or the "Company") - Holdings in Company

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17 of both the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the ESM Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange.

On 20 December 2010 the Company was informed by Pageant Holdings Limited ("Pageant") that, on the 17 and 20 of December 2010, Pageant acquired a total of 4,289,995 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this acquisition, it is now the beneficial owner of 19,657,453 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 20.44% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
