Sable Mining, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 13 January 2010 that following a subscription for Ordinary Shares in the placing announced on 10 December 2009, Libra Advisors, LLC as the investment advisor to Libra Fund, LP and Libra Offshore Master Fund, LP, holds an interest in 23,600,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 3.9% of the issued share capital and voting rights of Sable Mining.
