Tony Weaver has purchased 1,578,947 shares in his SIPP. His SIPP's holding in the Company is now 11,578,947 shares or 0.63% of the Company's issued share capital.

Ian Smith and Tony Weaver are also beneficial owners of MXC Holdings Limited, which currently owns 945,000,000 shares (51.15%) of the Company.
