Weatherly International PLC01 November 2007 Weatherly International plc ("Weatherly" or "the Company") Notification of Interest The Company has been notified that RAB Capital Plc through its RAB Energy Fund Ltd and RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited, as a result of an acquisition of voting rights, has increased its interest in Weatherly from 63,546,000 ordinary shares representing 15.70 per cent. to 90,808,695 ordinary shares representing 22.44 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The above notifications were made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 404,646,567 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ('Ordinary Shares'), all with voting rights.
