Liontrust Investment Services Limited has notified the Company that it has adirect holding of 2,261,936 ordinary shares representing 12.85 percent of thevoting rights. HBOS plc has notified the Company that it has a total interest in 1,605,692shares representing 9.12 percent of the voting rights. Of these shares, 259,067shares have direct rights (1.47 percent) and 1,346,625 shares have indirectrights (7.65 percent).
