Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

The Company received on 8th October 2013 a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund and Worldview Special Situations Fund, stating that, following market trades made on 7th October 2013, Worldview EHS International Master Fund and Worldview Special Situations Fund together have an interest in 8,902,978 ordinary shares which represents 5.07% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 175,537,405 ordinary shares.
