Gable Holdings Inc17 August 2006 17 August 2006 Gable Holdings Inc ("Gable" or the "Company") Holdings in Company Gable announces that, pursuant to the terms of service contract entered into at the time of the acquisition of Brown Duke AG, William Dewsall, Chief Executive, has been awarded a £100,000 quarterly bonus payable on satisfaction of certain performance criteria. In acordance with the terms of his service contract, this bonus will be settled by the issue of 800,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company at 12.5p. Following this, William Dewsall will be interested in 19,800,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.65 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
