10 December 2010 SureTrack Monitoring plc ("SureTrack" or "the Company") Holdings in Company

The Company announces that Terry Tyrell is interested in a total of 46,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of SureTrack, equivalent to 6.96 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital, which includes ordinary shares held beneficially by his wife and via his SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited. This holding also includes 6,000,000 ordinary shares held by Mr Tyrell's adult daughter.
