The Company was notified on 12 May 2017 that Paternoster Resources plc ("Paternoster") still holds an interest in 8,400,000 ordinary shares of Ortac ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 5.65% per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. The notification was made to the Company as a consequence of a fall in Paternoster's interest in the Ordinary Share capital of the Company, expressed as a percentage of the issued Ordinary Share capital, following the increase of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital pursuant to the equity placing announced by the Company on 2 May 2017 and not as a result of a disposal of any Ordinary Shares by Paternoster.
