In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that it has been informed by Miton Income Opportunities Trust (formerly Henderson Fledgling Trust plc) that they have sold 1,000,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") and now have a holding of 1,413,167 Shares, representing approximately 3.4% of Bioquell's issued ordinary Share capital.
