FRM Diversified Alpha Limited reports that it has been advised by Rathbone Brothers Plc on 19th June 2009, using a copy of a TR1 notification of major interest in shares that, following a transaction on 18th June 2009, Rathbone Brothers Plc, Rathbone Investment Management Ltd and Rathbone Investment Management (C.I.) Limited have an indirect holding over 8,603,178 redeemable participating preference shares of no par value in the capital of the Company representing 13.91% of the current issued capital of the Company.
