On 1 August 2013, the Company received notification that following acquisition on 29 July 2013 of 6,073,308 ordinary shares in the Company, ("Ordinary Shares"), Shore Capital Group Investments Limited now holds a beneficial interest in 7,453,744 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.
