Tuesday 6 April 2010 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 5 April 2010 that Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC ("Franklin") now has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Franklin holding a total of 12,153,900 ordinary shares representing approximately 10.13% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.

As at 5 April 2010, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
