The board of Oxford Advanced Surfaces announces that it has received notification from UBS Global Asset Management (Traditional Entities) that, as of 9 February 2010, UBS Global Asset Management Life Limited has a direct interest in 5,775,117 ordinary shares, which based on the issued share capital at today's date of 195,740,641 ordinary shares of 1p each, represents 2.95% of the voting rights in the Company.
