Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

OpSec announces that it was notified on 11 July 2008, that on that day, the OpSec Security Group Employee Trust (the "Trust") purchased 31,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 44.45 pence per Share. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 2,433,551 Shares representing 4.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
