Air Music & Media Group PLC30 January 2007 Air Music and Media Group plc ("Air Group" or the "Company") Holding in Company Air Group has been informed today that Peter Long yesterday purchased 525,000shares in the Company at the following prices: 25,000 shares at 65p and 500,000shares at 68p. In addition, the Company has been informed today that following a distributionin specie to shareholders by Capital International Limited, of which Peter Longis a joint controlling shareholder, Mr Long's direct shareholding in Air Grouphas increased by 227,526 shares and Capital International Limited no longerholds any shares in Air Group. Mr Long is therefore now directly interested in 861,026 ordinary shares in AirGroup, which represents 5.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
