The Company was notified on Wednesday 3 June 2009 that, following a disposal of ordinary shares in DawMed on 1 June 2009, Barclays PLC, through Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd, has an interest in 1,849,736 of the Company's shares, representing 8.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
