MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")
NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company has received notification that, on 26 September 2008, a fund manager acting on behalf of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme purchased 2,600,000 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. As a result, the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme now holds 5.82% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are held in the name of BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited A/C ESPSBEP.
