Thursday, 29 January 2009 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) received notification on 29 January 2009 that, following transactions on 28 January 2009, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe held a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company totalling 4,799,886 ordinary shares, representing 4.00% of the Company's issued share capital.
As at 28 January 2009, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
