On 4 March 2013 TMT was informed by Menostar Holdings Limited that it had sold 1,300,000 shares, representing approximately 5.28% in the Company, to Spotlight Global Corp. As a result, Menostar Holdings Limited now owns 4,217,619 shares of TMT, representing 17.11% of the issued ordinary share capital.
