Greggs PLC21 March 2005 On the 18 March 2005 Greggs plc (the "Company") received the followingnotification from Lloyds TSB: "Notification under Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended by theCompanies Act 1989) This notification is made on behalf of Lloyds TSB Group Plc and itssubsidiaries. Lloyds TSB have recently aggregated the holdings of its subsidiaries and as suchall notifiable reporting will be made by us at the Central Disclosure Unit andnot by the individual subsidiaries. Your last notification was from ScottishWidows Investment Partnership with a holding of 3% plus. Certain of the particulars have now changed and this notification contains therevised particulars and therefore supersedes our earlier notification. (We) write to advise you that Lloyds TSB Group Plc, is interested in 366,457shares, which we understand represents 3.018% of the relevant share capital, andconstitutes a notifiable interest for the purposes of Part VI of the CompaniesAct 1985.
