The Company was notified today that, on 7 July 2014, Michael Chadwick purchased 500,000Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following this transaction, Michael Chadwick's total beneficial interest, which is registered in the names of Goodbody Stockbrokers Nominees Limited and Aurum Nominees Ltd, is 1,579,277 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.639% of the Company's issued share capital.
