Friday, 20 June 2008 - NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 19 June 2008 that as at close of business on 18 June 2008 Cantor Fitzgerald Europe had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Cantor Fitzgerald Europe holding a total of 3,597,485 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As at 19 June 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
