Frenkel Topping Group PLC01 December 2006 Frenkel Topping Group plc Holding in Company Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 01 December 2006 itreceived notification that, on 30 November 2006, Zeus Capital Holdings Limited("Zeus Capital") acquired 165,333 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital ofthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.3% of the issued share capital ofthe Company. Zeus Capital is a company controlled by Ian William Currie and Richard IanHughes, both of whom are directors of Zeus Capital.
