Quiros Limited sold 66,495 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of the Company held on behalf of Rulegale Nominees Limited. Quiros Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares following this transaction. |

Michael Chadwick informed H C Slingsby that he holds a notifiable interest in 67,495 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of the Company, registered in the name of Goodbody Stockbrokers Nominees Ltd. The holding of 67,495 Ordinary Shares represents 6.75% of the Company's issued share capital. |
