Frontera Resources Corporation (AIM: FRR), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, has been notified by certain significant shareholders of their disposal of shares in the Company.

Outrider Management, LLC has disposed of, in aggregate, 30,060,000 ordinary shares of USD0.00004 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and, following the disposal, is now beneficially interested in 122,008,344 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.19 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Certain funds and/or accounts managed by DDJ Capital Management, LLC ("DDJ") have disposed of, in aggregate, 216,931,906 Ordinary Shares in the Company and, following the disposal, DDJ no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.
