Camellia PLC18 November 2005 NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES Camellia Plc ("Camellia") has today been informed that Alcatel BellPensioenfonds VZW has acquired 59,265 Camellia ordinary shares of 10 pence each("shares") (2.09% of Camellia's issued share capital) being new Camellia sharesthat were allotted on 17th November 2005 under the terms of a scheme ofarrangement pursuant to which Linton Park Plc became a wholly-owned subsidiaryof Camellia. Following this transaction, Alcatel Bell Pensioenfonds VZW holds 205,665 sharesrepresenting 7.24% of the issued share capital of Camellia.
