e-Therapeutics plc (the "Company") (AIM:ETX) received notification on 11 November 2009 that pursuant to the placing announced on 2 November, Gartmore Investment Limited holds 6,541,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 9.998% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has 65,420,292 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1p with voting rights in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
