("MobilityOne" or the "Company")
Admission of Equity and Shareholdings
On 08 December 2009, MobilityOne announced that 14,600,000 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") had been placed at 2.5p per share. The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the Placing Shares have now been admitted to trading on AIM.
As a result of the placing of the Placing Shares, Datuk Yahaya Bin Mat Ghani now holds 10,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 11.22 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of MobilityOne.
The total number of ordinary shares in the Company now in issue, including the Placing Shares, is 93,574,951.
