Chariot Oil & Gas Limited was notified today that Libra Advisors LLC has an interest in 8,137,696 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.76% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The shares are held by the following companies to which Libra Advisors LLC acts as investment advisor:
Libra Fund LP has a beneficial interest in 6,933,371 ordinary shares
Libra Offshore Master Fund LP has a beneficial interest in 1,204,325 ordinary shares
