Newcourt Group plc14 December 2005 NEWCOURT GROUP PLC ("Newcourt" or "the Company") Holdings in Company Newcourt received notification on 13 December 2005 that Gartmore InvestmentLimited (GIL), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited (GFM) and Gartmore Global Partners(GGP), have a reportable interest in Newcourt by virtue of the acquisition of400,000 ordinary shares at €0.85 on 6 December 2005. Following the purchase Gartmore held 3,685,000 ordinary shares which represents5.395% of the issued ordinary share capital of Newcourt.
