Eastern European Property Fund Limited ("the Company")
Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 5 February 2009 that Spearpoint Limited ("Spearpoint"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 3,757,821 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 19.38% of the shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 1,660,321 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.56% of the issued share capital, are held on behalf of customers of Spearpoint on a discretionary managed basis.
In addition, Spearpoint has a discretionary mandate over a further 575,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.97% of the issued share capital, which are not registered in Secure Nominees Limited.
