Holdings in the Company
Safestyle UK plc (AIM: SFE), the largest retailer and manufacturer of PVCu windows and doors for the UK homeowner replacement market, has been informed that Mr Kiran Misra has sold 1,470,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. His holding is now 2,418,889 Ordinary Shares representing 3.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr Misra has indicated that he does not intend to dispose of any more of his holdings in the Company during the next 12 months.
