The Company was notified on 26 April 2010 by SEB Asset Management S.A. that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 23 April 2010, it has an interest in 13,572,669 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 4.26 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
