Ambrian Capital plc received notification on 24 March 2010 from The Rule Family Trust that, following the purchase of 875,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on 24 March 2010, The Rule Family Trust now has an interest in 15,037,208 shares in the Company representing 14.06% of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company.
