Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. (the "Company") Notifications pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules On 12 June 2007, 8,433 'A' ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company (the''Shares'') were released by the Trustee pursuant to the Company's profitsharing scheme. The recipients included the following directors of the Company,namely Christopher Sandland, Stephen Goodyear, Torquil Sligo-Young, PeterWhitehead and Patrick Dardis who each received 190 shares. The Shares were held in trust by Ram Brewery Trustees Limited. As a recipient ofsome of the shares and as a beneficiary under that trust, either as a member ofthe Company's profit-sharing, share option and / or pension schemes, each of thedirectors referred to has notified the Company of his changed interest. Further, on 12 June 2007, Torquil Sligo-Young notified the Company that he hadbecome the registered joint holder of 804,183 'A' ordinary shares of 50p each inthe Company and 11,512 non-voting ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company.These shares were, and continue to be, held in trust; Torquil Sligo-Young wasappointed as a joint trustee on 1 December 2006 following the death of a formertrustee, John Allen Young. He notified the Company of his interest at that timeand his notification merely records that he is now a registered joint holder.
