Avanti Communications Group Plc (AIM: AVN), the broadband satellite operator, announces that it has today received notification from Global AEGON Asset Management UK plc that as at the same date, it held 4,990,184 ordinary shares in Avanti Communications, being approximately 6.21% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
