On 3 June 2009 the Company received notification that following the placing of 3,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p announced on 16 April 2009, Black Rock UK Smaller Companies Fund's interest in the Company in 1,819,287 ordinary shares of 1p each now represents approximately 3.86 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital (previously 4.18 per cent.).
