Notification of Major Interests in Shares
Following implementation of the new Transparency Directive II Regulation Centrica plc (“the Company”) received notice from Invesco Limited on
17 February 2016 (under the obligations imposed by Section 5 of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules) that on 16 February 2016, Invesco Limited had a notifiable interest in 253,431,126 ordinary shares of 614/81 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 4.99% of the Company’s issued share capital.
