Wednesday 14 April 2010 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 13 April 2010 that as at 7 April 2010, Northumberland Investments Ltd now has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares totalling 14,922,548 ordinary shares representing approximately 12.44% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.

As at 13 April 2010, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
