STM Group PLC26 July 2007 STM Group plc ("STM" or the Company") Holding(s) in Company The Company has been informed that as at close of business on 24 July 2007, RockHoldings Limited a company registered in the Isle of Man, held an interest in3,670,367 shares in STM Group plc of which 3,090,367 shares have beentransferred into Rock Holdings Limited's own name from STM Fidecs NomineesLimited at nil consideration. This holding comprises approximately 10.31% of theissued share capital of STM Group. Rock Holdings Limited is connected to Arron Banks and Paul Chase-Gardener, whoalso hold interests, directly, in the shares of STM group as follows: Arron Banks: 89,590; andPaul Chase Gardener: 305,000. Together Rock Holdings Limited, Arron Banks and Paul Chase-Gardener areinterested in 4,064,957 shares of STM Group, which comprises approximately11.42% of the issued shares of STM Group. STM Fidecs Nominees Limited has also made transfers as follows: 1,465,689 ordinary shares transferred into the name of Nightingale Equities Incat nil consideration; such transfer now representing 4.12 % of the Company'sissued share capital held by Nightingale Equities Inc. 22,222 and 100,000 respectively have been transferred into private names, alsoat nil consideration.
